14-day right of withdrawal (EU). As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Email [email protected] or request a refund via Paddle (the merchant of record on your receipt) and you will receive a full refund. If you used the paid service during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period of use, as permitted by law.
Monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges for past billing periods are not refunded, except within the 14-day window above or where required by law.
6-month plan. Covered by the same 14-day right of withdrawal. After 14 days, the plan is non-refundable except where required by law or in the situations below.
Something broke? If a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant period, contact us — we'll extend your access or refund the affected period. Fair is fair.
How refunds are paid. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
